The short answer
Buffer is the pick if you want a free or low-cost scheduler today: it is live, free for up to 3 channels, and paid plans cost $5 or $10 per channel a month. Instalaz is an Instagram-first scheduler from Pracandy that is still on a waitlist; pick it if you post Instagram feed posts, Reels and carousels from a library of finished content and want used-content tracking and folder upload built in. Instalaz has a Free plan at ₹0 (1 Instagram account, 100 posts a month) and a Professional plan at ₹1,499 a month (up to 15 accounts, 3,000 posts a month), but paid billing is not open yet.
