Instalaz is currently presented as an early-access product. Website demonstrations, planned pricing and feature descriptions explain the intended direction and may change before public launch. The waitlist does not purchase a service or guarantee a release date.
Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully. Do not disrupt the service, submit automated or misleading waitlist entries, attempt unauthorised access, or misrepresent an affiliation with Instalaz or Pracandy.
Platform rules
Future scheduling and publishing features must be used in accordance with the terms, permissions and content rules of each connected social platform. Instalaz does not authorise spam, purchased engagement, deceptive automation or infringement.
Intellectual property
The Instalaz name, design, website copy and software are owned by Pracandy or used with permission. Ordinary linking and personal evaluation are allowed; copying or reselling the service is not.
Availability and changes
The website is provided as available. Features, integrations, pricing and launch plans can change. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
